Compatibility approach

Additions within the same version should not remove existing fields or change their meaning. A breaking change will not remove the current integration surface without a new contract and migration notes. This statement is not an SLA or a fixed deprecation-window commitment.

Decision boundary

An API result is a candidate match. A final sanctions or compliance decision requires official-source verification and human review.
